The Agasthya project, a Food Processing Industry in Narmala, Siricilla, was a significant undertaking, encompassing a 3-acre campus with a total built-up area of 75,000 sq.ft and a project cost of INR 40 Crores. We are pleased to confirm that Mr. Ashok Bhairi, Architect and Urban Designer from 96 Design Group, and his team successfully undertook the services of Master Plan, Architecture, Interiors, and MEP for this entire facility. The design and coordination with various Sub Consultants and vendors have been handled professionally and to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Ashok Bhairi and Team have been extremely professional and we wish them the very best for the future projects.

For our proposed project, THRILL CITY, a Futuristic Theme Park near Sanjeevaiah Park, we engaged Mr. Ashok Bhairi, Architect and Urban Designer from 96 Design Group. This 3-acre campus, with a total built-up area of 60,000 sq.ft, required expertise in designing complex project components including Virtual Reality (VR) Zones, an indoor kids play zone, a 12-D motion picture theater, and a full Sports complex. The project's cost when completed was INR 25 Crores. 96 Design Group has successfully undertaken the services for Master Plan, Architecture, Interiors, and MEP for the project to our complete satisfaction. The design and coordination have been handled with extreme professionalism by Mr. Ashok Bhairi and Team.

We certified that Mr. Ashok Bhairi, Principal Architect, 96 Design Group, was awarded the Design Consultancy Services for the development of conceptual plans for the Warangal Bus Terminal Redevelopment Project. The agency has completed the assignment satisfactorily in the year 2022, and the conceptual plans for this project, with a Project Cost of approximately ~ Rs.80 Cr., were submitted to the main client for approval. All the tasks for this assignment were successfully completed by Mr. Ashok Bhairi, Principal Architect, 96 Design Group as per requirement, and the work carried out by this firm is highly appreciated.
